This Política de Privacidad describes the practices of LITADVISORS S.C. ("LITADVISORS", "us", or "we") with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of Información Personal through our website, www.litadvisors.mx (the "Site"), in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law for the Protection of Información Personal Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, "LFPDPPP") and its Regulations.
By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Política de Privacidad. LITADVISORS reserves the right to modify this Política de Privacidad at any time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations. Your continued use of the Site constitutes agreement with such modifications. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

02. Información Personal que Recopilamos
Information you provide directly
You may use the Site without providing Información Personal. However, when you contact us or submit a form, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, company name, entity type, and a description of your legal needs. We use this information to respond to your inquiries, evaluate a potential attorney-client relationship, and provide the services you request.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information ("Use Information") including: device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and links clicked. Sensitive Información Personal

- Marketing communications: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
Once the applicable retention period expires, tus datos will be securely deleted or anonymized.

- Cancellation (Cancelación): the right to request deletion of tus datos when no longer necessary or when the base legal for processing no longer applies
- Objection (Oposición): the right to object to the processing of tus datos for specific purposes, including direct marketing
To exercise your ARCO Rights, please send a written request to info@litadvisors.mx with the subject line "ARCO Rights Request." Your request must include: (i) your full name and contact information; (ii) a copy of a valid government-issued ID; (iii) a clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data involved; and (iv) any supporting documents. We will respond within 20 business days as required by the LFPDPPP.
08. Seguridad de Datos
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Información Personal against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09. Vínculos a Terceros
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Política de Privacidad does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.
10. Cambios a esta Política
